Duties
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly, energetic attitude and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay
- Manage reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy, including processing payments and verifying identification
- Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while ensuring data privacy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and security
Experience
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality management background preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly valued to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and resort environments is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management software and night audit procedures enhances your candidacy
