Auntie Keisha Kitchen is looking for a reliable, experienced part-time cook and cashier to join our team. We are a busy soul food and comfort food restaurant looking for someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality and consistency.
Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items according to restaurant standards, frying chicken and fish, preparing breakfast and lunch items, following recipes and portion standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation procedures, assisting with prep work, washing dishes and helping with general kitchen cleaning when needed, and working as a team during busy service periods.
Requirements: Previous restaurant cooking experience is required. Must be dependable, punctual, able to follow directions and recipes, work well under pressure, and be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours based on business needs, availability, and performance.
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
