Field Sales Manager
We're looking for an experienced door-to-door leader to help grow our Southern Utah team with Advanced Windows.
This is NOT an entry-level position.
We're looking for someone with experience in solar, pest control, alarms, fiber, roofing, or another door-to-door industry who understands what it takes to win in the field.
Whether you've been a top producer who's ready to take the next step into leadership or you've already helped train and develop sales reps before, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Be Doing
- Working with reps in the field.
- Training and developing new reps.
- Leading team meetings.
- Helping create a competitive, positive culture.
- Coaching reps and helping them hit their goals.
- Helping interview and onboard new team members.
- Developing future leaders.
