Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license
- Valid fingerprint clearance card
- Prior experience in school-based, home health, or general healthcare occupational therapy settings preferred

- Ability to develop rapport with elementary-aged children, families, and school staff
- Enthusiasm for fostering student independence and participation in school routines
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to elementary students based on IEP goals
- Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Adapt approaches and strategies to fit diverse student needs within the school setting
- Consult with educational staff on classroom modifications and supports
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations
