Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and gelato with precision and care.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Operate POS systems such as Clover accurately for retail sales transactions and cash handling.
- Manage retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Assist in training new team members on food safety protocols, food preparation standards, and proper serving techniques.
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the café area.
- Support daily operations by managing time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista with strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during peak hours.
- Previous café or retail experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating leadership qualities as a Senior staff member.
