MacFawn Fire & Flood Restoration is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing team. As a Field Restoration Technician, you'll respond to fire, water, mold, storm, and biohazard losses while helping homeowners and businesses recover after disasters.
Whether you have restoration, construction, remodeling, landscaping, moving, warehouse, or general labor experience—or you're eager to learn—we provide training and opportunities for long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency and scheduled restoration projects
- Perform water extraction and structural drying
- Complete demolition, debris removal, and job site cleanup
- Assist with fire, smoke, mold, and biohazard remediation
- Pack and transport customer belongings
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and restoration equipment
- Complete job documentation using industry-specific software applications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physical work throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Construction, restoration, or general labor experience preferred but not required
- IICRC certifications are a plus (additional compensation available)
