Community Connection Youthrive (CCYT) Specialist
The Community Connections YouThrive (CCYT) Specialist provides one-on-one services in the community to young adults, ages 17-26, who are currently or formerly in the foster care system. CCYT Specialists assist young adults in determining goals for a successful transition from foster care to independent adulthood. Specialists then support young adults in reaching their goals via guidance and connections to community resources.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Personal lived experience of childhood or adolescent hardship or adversity that contributes to empathy, resilience, and an ability to build authentic connection with young adults who have experienced disconnection from family or other support systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively for a variety of audiences.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust.
- Travel required with or without accommodation.
