Job Description:
Homecare Nursing Supervisor - Branch Specific - Office Based with Field Visits-Case Management. Responsible for assisting with the Branch Manager in the coordination of staff and to ensure quality and safe delivery of home health care services.
Duties include but not limited to :
Patient assessment
Care plan development
MD orders
Compliance, evaluation and supervision of non-professional staff in the delivery of in-home patient care.
Quality Reports
Requirements:
*Must have valid NYS RN License
* Home care experience one year required and two years or more preferred
* Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus, but not necessary).
* Local daily Travel is required and reimbursed
