Position Summary
The Boutique Support Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the boutique by ensuring all merchandise is properly organized, prepared, and presented for display and sale. Responsibilities include sorting clothing, steaming or ironing garments, organizing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and providing general operational support to the store team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and arrange new and existing merchandise.
- Steam, iron, and prepare garments for display.
- Tag, label, and sensor merchandise as needed.
- Maintain organized inventory in both storage and sales floor areas.
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor when necessary.
- Keep the boutique clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments.
- Inspect garments to ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
- Support visual merchandising and store display changes.
- Follow company standards for presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
- Provide general support to the team and assist with additional operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, boutique, or clothing handling experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate merchandise or boxes.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Schedule
- Full-time or Part-time depending on store needs.
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
Work Environment
Retail boutique environment with continuous merchandise handling, inventory organization, and garment preparation activities.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
