About the Role
As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment and optimization of complex automation infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of electrical control systems, driving project efficiency through precise installation, and maintaining high-performance standards for critical manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities-
Execute the installation of rigid and flexible conduit systems to support robust electrical infrastructure.

Manage the routing, organization, and precise termination of control wiring within PLC I/O modules and junction boxes.

Calibrate and align industrial sensors, including proximity and limit switches, to ensure seamless operational feedback.

Interpret complex electrical schematics and panel layouts to guide installation and system integration.

Perform comprehensive circuit testing and continuity checks using multimeters to validate system functionality.

Uphold rigorous safety standards by strictly adhering to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and NEC/IEC protocols.

Troubleshoot electrical faults independently to minimize downtime and ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications-
3+ years of professional experience in industrial electrical installation and system troubleshooting.

Demonstrated proficiency in PLC wiring and control panel assembly.

Advanced ability to read and translate technical electrical drawings and schematics into physical installations.

Expertise in utilizing standard electrical hand and power tools, including conduit benders and knockout punches.

Solid understanding of 120/208/240/480 voltage systems and electrical safety compliance.

Prior experience executing large-scale industrial or manufacturing infrastructure projects.

Hands-on background in field device diagnostics and cabinet-level troubleshooting.

Familiarity with modern automation control architectures and industrial maintenance best practices.
