As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you'll work with a team to maintain residential and commercial landscapes. This position involves mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, planting, and general property maintenance while ensuring every property meets Elite Coastal Landscaping's high standards.
No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys physical work, working outside, and being part of a dependable team.
Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow off lawns and landscape areas
- Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees
- Weed landscape beds and apply mulch as directed
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and seasonal plants
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely, including:
- Zero-turn mowers
- Weed eaters/string trimmers
- Edgers
- Backpack blowers
- Hedge trimmers
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Maintain clean and organized work vehicles and trailers
- Follow company safety procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a crew
- Provide professional service at every job site
Qualifications
- Landscaping experience preferred but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license is a plus
- Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment is a plus
