Under the supervision of the Property Maintenance Foreman, this position performs repairs, upkeep, preventive maintenance and improvements of City-owned physical structures, boardwalks, and public parks property.
Duties may include basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing and cooling system inspection and repair. Basic cleaning tasks and routine errands delivering mail, packages and supplies. Depending on the season, the position may include snow removal.
This is a seasonal position with work available between May 1 and October 31.
