We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors
Responsibilities
- Man front gate to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people into the community
- Deny unwelcome vehicles or trespassers from the area
- Secure all building, doors, and windows after the end of operations
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Stay vigilante, observant, and focused
- Document visitors information and any incidents that may occur
- Provide assistance to people in need
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid "D-class security license" is required
- Adaptibility
- Strong conflict management skills
