Position Title: Registered Physical Therapist (RPT)

Occupation Description:
Seeking Physical Therapists (RPT) to provide skilled, intermittent physical therapy services, to our patients in their homes. These services are performed in accordance with the physician’s orders.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments.
- Providing physical therapy services in patients' residences.
- Assisting the admission of patients to the Agency.
- Assisting development and implementation of the interdisciplinary patient care plan as it pertains to physical therapy.
- Arranging outpatient services that cannot be given in the home.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of physical therapy intervention and updating the patient care plan as needed.
- Assisting the physician to evaluate patients by applying diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Licensed or registered by the State of Florida
- Graduate of a physical therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA in collaboration with the American Therapy Association
- Strong communication skills
