What You'll Do
- Help members with policy changes, billing questions, and general insurance inquiries
- Process policy updates: adding/removing drivers and vehicles, coverage changes
- Make outbound calls to members regarding service matters such as upcoming cancellations, renewals, and required documents
- Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, email, and in person
- Support agents and teammates to keep the office running smoothly
- Learn AAA systems and underwriting guidelines with structured, hands-on training
What You Bring
- Active Michigan Property & Casualty producer's license (required)
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, coachable attitude

A valid Property & Casualty producer's license is required for this role. Applications without an active P&C license cannot be considered.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
