Our team is looking to add driven Licensed Insurance Agents who want to be rewarded for their successes. Our agency has served this community for 25+ years and is one of the largest agencies in Texas for Allstate. Duties of our Licensed Agents:
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Maintain Daily Activity Expectations
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
