The Facility and Capital Planning Solution within Healthcare Strategy & Finance team empowers healthcare leaders to deliver quality care, invest in growth, and address capital challenges while meeting the unique needs of their communities. In a rapidly evolving landscape, the team brings deep expertise across the care continuum to guide strategic system facility and capital initiatives.
What You Will Do:

Guide the vision and direction of healthcare organizations to drive growth and achieve needed capacity

Continuously learn and develop technical expertise relevant to our consulting practice and the healthcare clients we serve.

Collaborate effectively both independently and within team environments.

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals across service lines to stay informed about the firm’s offerings and support coordinated business development efforts.

Support engagement teams on both client-facing and internal projects, including client and engagement management, data analysis, solution implementation, and delivery of results.

Perform preliminary research and inventory floor plans & data

Provide support on specific client engagements, which may include facility planning, strategic planning, and operational planning

Participate in user group meetings to collect and refine program needs and assess space utilization

Participate in developing and communicating planning concepts to project team and clients, verbally and through graphic and written reports and work effectively with health care professionals and/or architectural designers to optimize plans that further owners’ goals and objectives

Contribute to the development, modification and/or review of planning concepts and solutions

Perform performance benchmarking to include capacity and/or operational status and associated analysis

Assist with strategic evaluations

Work both individually and in a team environment

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a healthcare or architecture-related discipline

2+ year(s) of relevant experience in the healthcare planning industry

Intermediate to Advanced skill sets in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in strategic planning, facility master planning, space planning, and capacity planning.
