Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Finance Manager. This role involves overseeing loan processing, credit analysis, and contract management, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering exceptional customer service. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in upselling financial products, negotiating deals, and maintaining positive client relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
- Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information.
- Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding options best suited for our clients.
- Upsell additional financial products such as extended warranties, and insurance, to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is properly executed and sent to the accounting department by the following day.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support automobile sales efforts through effective financing solutions.
- Ensure all activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Exceptional *customer service* skills to foster long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to meet dealership goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.
