We are a manufacturer of high purity weldments for the Semiconductor and Cryogenic Industries. The Semiconductor industry, in particular, is currently experiencing tremendous growth and we are growing to support our customer's needs.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to use Argon gas and TIG Welding procedures to connect metal components
- Weld TIG in all positions: vertical, horizontal, flat, and using a turntable
- Weld with gas purge.
- Work from drawings and shop orders
- Visually inspect own work to verify it was done per drawings / shop orders
Preferred Qualification
- Technical ability to weld products per customer blueprints, requirements, and specifications.
- Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to notice minor inconsistencies / discrepancies prior to weld.
- Ability / desire to diagnose define and resolve problems in a proactive manner.
- Able to communicate basic, routine, information about the day-to-day activities.
- Understand weldments blueprints & symbols.
- 3-5 years’ experience (or more)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $45.00 per hour
