The Role
We are hiring an Online Promotion Specialist to grow both in-store and online sales. You will manage product listings, create and edit short-form videos, and run digital marketing campaigns to increase engagement, sales, and brand visibility.
What You’ll Do
- Write and manage product listings across website & social media
- Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos (Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc.)
- Track performance and optimize content & ads
- Research market trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content production
- Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented
Education & Location
- Associate degree or higher
- On-site in Oxnard, CA (no relocation assistance)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $45.00 per hour
