Do you enjoy being on the road and providing excellent customer service? We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused Class B CDL driver to join our growing team! In this fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods throughout the local area. You'll ensure timely deliveries while providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions
- Safely operate a company vehicle (box truck) in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load, unload, and secure deliveries in a timely and professional manner.
- Obtain customer signatures and complete delivery paperwork.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Maintain a clean driving record and a professional appearance. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Valid Department of Transportation Medical (DOT) card
- Minimum of 1 year of experience driving a commercial vehicle (a plus).
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to navigate and follow detailed delivery instructions.
- Ability to lift 10-60 pounds and move on & off equipment regularly.
- Must have manual dexterity and be able to lift 80 lbs. safely, reach product as tall as 6 feet.
