Continuum is seeking a full-time EAP Counselor/Account Manager to join our team. This unique blended role is approximately 50% direct EAP counseling and 50% account management, giving the right candidate the opportunity to support employees, strengthen employer partnerships, and contribute to healthier, more productive workplaces. We are looking for an outgoing, high-energy licensed clinician who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact.
Summary:
This role combines clinical expertise with account relationship management to help employees navigate personal and workplace challenges while supporting organizations in making effective use of their EAP benefit.
In this position, you will:
· Provide confidential EAP counseling, assessment, crisis intervention, referrals, and follow-up for employees and family members.
· Coach employees referred for support with behavioral concerns that may affect workplace performance.
· Build trusted relationships with EAP member companies and serve as a responsive resource for key contacts.
· Support client engagement through regular communication, account check-ins, benefit overviews, utilization reporting, annual planning, and training coordination.
· Partner with HR representatives and managers to address employee concerns and help organizations make effective use of EAP services.
· Coordinate conflict resolution, training, and organizational development services that support healthier workplace relationships.

Qualifications:
A master's degree in social services, psychology, or a related field and licensure as a professional counselor or social worker are required.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, creative problem-solver, and relationship builder who can manage multiple priorities and proactively identify opportunities to provide value to our members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and supervisory experience would be beneficial.
