Duties
- Safely load, unload, and organize products using manual handling techniques, forklifts, or pallet jacks while adhering to safe lifting practices and weight handling guidelines.
- Drive commercial vehicles such as box trucks or drivers to deliver goods along designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals and excellent customer service.
- Conduct route driving with precision
- Load and secure shipments properly in the vehicle, ensuring load stability and compliance with safety standards.
- Move inventory within the warehouse and pull and prep products for delivery and pickup
- Assist with inventory management by accurately scanning, and organizing stock in the warehouse environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by communicating professionally with clients, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, and driving to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment.
- Support team efforts by collaborating with colleagues during load & unload activities and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience or delivery driver experience is preferred, but not necessary. Familiarity with manual handling and heavy lifting is important.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally during deliveries.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while adhering to safe lifting practices; physical stamina for moving heavy items regularly.
- Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures and courier responsibilities enhances your effectiveness in this role.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
