Job Summary
Join our dedicated team as a Residential House Cleaner, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM! Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures across all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or large cleaning supplies while maintaining safety protocols.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment inventory; report needs for replenishment or repairs promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
- Strong time management skills to complete all tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments when necessary.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards clients.
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, and the use of various cleaning equipment.
- Prior experience in outdoor work or residential housekeeping is advantageous but not required.
