Job Summary
ExecuJet Charter Service is actively seeking candidates immediately for a full time, licensed A&P Technician at its Tampa, FL location. The job duties of an ExecuJet A&P Technician vary from preventative maintenance to repairs and includes routine inspections, document inspections, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, engine test runs, cleaning of aircraft and general servicing. Knowledge of the FAR's a plus. Must be detail oriented.
Must have experience with Phenoms, Learjets, Citations, Pilatus, Hawkers, King Air's, Falcon's, PWC PT6, PWC 535, PWC JT-15-D, Honeywell CFE738 and Honeywell 731 engines.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform Pre-flight and Post flight inspections
- Service Oxygen and Nitrogen
- Perform troubleshooting and repair
- Perform scheduled inspections
- Ordering parts
- Perform RII inspections
- Perform Quality Control checks
- Maintain work area, GSE equipment and hangar areas
- Light travel
- Must be available after hours, on weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to work overtime when needed
- On call rotation basis
Qualifications and Skills
- Must hold an FAA Airframe & Powerplant license
- High School graduate
- Must have experience on at least one of the following airframes: Pilatus, Phenom, Hawker, Falcon, King Air, Gulfstream, Citation
- Must have experience with Honeywell TFE731 Series Turbofan, CFE738 Turbofan, PWC 535, PWC JT15-D, and PWC PT6 engines
- Experience with Honeywell 36-150 APU Engines
- Passport preferred
- Computer literacy a must
- Excellent organizational skills
- Incredibly detail oriented
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to read wiring diagrams and schematics
- Must be able to work well with others
- Must be a self-starter and take initiative
- Must have own tools and be willing to participate in our tool control program
- Must have cell phone
- Must participate in pre-employment drug screening and random testing program
- Must clear 5 year background checks for airport security & ID badging
