We are excited to create a clinical community for therapists committed to trauma-informed care, nervous system-informed practice, and client-led faith integration. This rare opportunity fosters a clinical ecosystem designed for both developing and independent clinicians—offering structure, community, and opportunity without sacrificing autonomy.
Position Overview
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for fully licensed clinicians seeking flexibility while benefiting from shared infrastructure and a collaborative environment.
Clinicians will begin fully remote (telehealth) with the option to incorporate in-person sessions at our Newport News office as it becomes available.
We are currently offering a limited number of Founding Clinician positions for our Newport News launch.
Founding clinicians will receive:
- Reduced membership rates during the initial launch period
- Priority access to office scheduling as the space opens
- Opportunity to help shape the culture and growth of the practice
Founding positions are limited and available only during the initial launch phase.
Clinical Focus
We are especially seeking clinicians with interest or experience in:
- Trauma and PTSD
- Anxiety and nervous system regulation
- Women’s mental health
- Faith-informed or spiritually integrated care (client-led)

Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services via telehealth (and optional in-person)
- Maintain your own caseload and schedule
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Uphold ethical and professional standards
- Operate independently while engaging in a collaborative environment
Compensation & Structure
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- 70/30 compensation split

Practice Environment

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Virginia license
- Professional liability insurance
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation practices
- Alignment with trauma-informed care principles
