Job Summary: The Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and conducting repairs on all Livengrin buildings, grounds, and equipment. The Maintenance Worker also transports patients to various locations.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Performs a variety of semiskilled duties in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, or plastering.

Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.

Troubleshoots issues to determine the necessary repairs.

Addresses immediate operational and safety concerns.

Transports patients and materials as requested.

Relocates furniture, office spaces, and equipment.
- Assist with setting up events.

Provides security as needed to protect patients, staff, visitors, and the facility.

Assists with upkeep of the facilities and housekeeping.

Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.

Wears safety footwear, glasses, protective gloves, a safety helmet, and a respirator when necessary.

Complies with established safety guidelines and procedures.
- Maintains a flexible daily schedule and adapts as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Related experience preferred.

Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position.

Requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and Narcan administration training.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, with an on-call rotation.
