The Purple Cow is seeking a reliable, experienced, and motivated Key Holder to join our team at our Denham Springs store. The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in holding themselves and their team accountable while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Open and close the store according to established store procedures
- Handle all aspects of cash control, including counting register tills, counting the change fund, and preparing bank deposits
- Delegate tasks to employees and hold them accountable for compliance with store standards
- Complete cleaning checklists to maintain a clean and organized store
- Support store management with all aspects of business operations
- Maintain a positive, professional presence on the sales floor and set the tone for the team
Position Requirements:
- At least 1 year of leadership experience required
- Previous Retail Experience is preferred
- Open availability required.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service skills
