Sinner’s Steakhouse is currently hiring bartenders for immediate hire. We are looking for bartenders with high energy, positive attitudes and the ability to work in a high-volume setting while creating an inviting, intimate guest experience. Excellent communication skills and charismatic personality a must! Our bartenders keep the drinks, and the conversation, flowing!

- At least 3 years of cocktail/bartending experience
- Prior experience working in a steakhouse preferred
- Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge is necessary
- Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and all work areas
- Safe food handling procedures
- Following all opening and closing procedures as outlined.
- Maintains service and cleanliness standards set by restaurant
- Remains cool under pressure, multitasking with ease
- Works as a team, helps coworkers whenever needed
- Continually looks for what to do next (ex: take an order, bus plates, restock)
- Knowing the food and drink menu, as well as weekly specials.
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Handling large volume of cash and credit card transactions
- Correctly inputting bar seat numbers and orders
- Cultivating regulars who return again and again
