Qualifications:
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience with psychological assessments, counseling, and report writing in an educational setting
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Previous school-based experience (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Perform cognitive, academic, and behavioral evaluations for students
- Interpret testing data and participate in eligibility meetings
- Develop strategies and recommendations for educational interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Provide ongoing consultation and crisis intervention as needed
- Contribute to IEP and 504 Plan development and implementation
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation
