Senior ABA Medical Biller (5+ Years Experience Required)

Bridge Medical Billing is a specialized medical billing company providing revenue cycle management services exclusively for ABA providers across multiple states.
We are seeking an experienced Senior ABA Medical Biller who can independently manage the complete ABA billing process and understands the complexities of billing multiple insurance payers with varying state-specific requirements.
This position is not an entry-level role and is intended for candidates with extensive ABA billing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of ABA medical billing experience
- Experience billing ABA claims in multiple states is required
- Experience with both commercial insurance and Medicaid
- Strong understanding of:
- Claims submission
- Denial management and appeals
- Coordination of Benefits (COB)
- EOB interpretation
- Payer-specific billing requirements
- Experience billing ABA CPT codes (97151–97158 and applicable HCPCS codes)
- Ability to research payer requirements and resolve billing issues independently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CentralReach, Passage Health
- Experience working for an ABA billing company or supporting multiple ABA providers
- Experience with multi-state payer requirements
