We’re a vibrant, high-energy restaurant and arcade concept offering guests unforgettable dining and entertainment experiences under one roof. With a successful track record at existing locations, we’re excited to launch our newest venue – and we’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the charge in bringing this new location to life.
Position Summary:
You’ll lead a diverse team across front-of-house, back-of-house, and arcade departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and alignment with our company culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and arcade floor.
- Lead by example with a guest-first mindset, ensuring top-tier service and hospitality.
- Train and coach department leaders and hourly team members.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for both guests and staff.
- Address guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Uphold brand standards and drive local awareness in the community.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership role in a full-service restaurant or entertainment venue.
- Proven experience opening a new restaurant or concept preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
- Perform hands-on tasks including serving, cleaning, and kitchen assistance when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
