Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced culinary environment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn within the culinary field.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain health and safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking.
- Bus tables promptly, clearing away used dishes and utensils to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Help set up and break down catering events or banquets as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies.
- Support kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety of food served to guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- A passion for culinary arts and hospitality is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 50.0 per week
