Vape Shop Sales Associate (Part-Time / Full-Time)

We're looking for a reliable, outgoing, and motivated Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, have great communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Educate customers on our products and help them find the best options for their needs.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Verify IDs and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local age verification laws.
- Restock merchandise and maintain organized displays.
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and presentable.
- Answer customer questions and make product recommendations.
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of vaping products is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
- Friendly, dependable, and punctual.
- Comfortable learning new products and educating customers.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
