I'm currently partnering with a respected law firm seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated disputes, working directly with clients, and developing their litigation career within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an attorney with 3 + years of litigation experience who is looking for meaningful responsibility, mentorship, and exposure to a diverse range of legal matters. You'll work alongside experienced litigators on commercial disputes, contract-related matters, and regulatory compliance issues while continuing to build your advocacy and case management skills.
What You'll Do

Manage and support a variety of litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Handle commercial disputes and complex contract-related issues.

Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other litigation documents.

Participate in case strategy development and client counseling.

Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, and other litigation proceedings.

Analyze legal and factual issues to develop practical solutions for clients.

Advise clients on regulatory compliance considerations and risk management matters.

Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to effectively manage case workloads.
What We're Looking For

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active membership in the Washington State Bar.

Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.

Experience handling commercial litigation, contract disputes, and related legal matters.

Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
