What You'll Do
Employee Support & HR Operations
- Serve as a resource for employees and leaders regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, timekeeping, and employee programs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.
- Maintain employee data and records with a strong focus on compliance and data integrity.
- Assist with HR communications, reporting, and workforce analytics.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Coordinate onboarding activities and facilitate new hire orientation.
- Help create a welcoming and engaging experience for new employees.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
Employee Relations
- Partner with leaders to address performance concerns, employee coaching opportunities, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
- Assist with investigations involving employee concerns, workplace issues, and policy interpretation.
- Provide guidance that supports a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.
Compliance & Administration
- Help ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Monitor required employee documentation, training records, certifications, and performance evaluations.
- Support policy reviews and HR process improvements.
Offboarding & Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate employee separation processes and conduct exit interviews.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve retention and employee satisfaction.
- Participate in special projects and other HR initiatives as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; or
- Four or more years of relevant HR experience in lieu of a degree.
