We are hiring Epoxy Floor Installers and Concrete Coating Technicians to install high-quality epoxy and polyaspartic floor systems throughout the DMV area including Maryland, Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and surrounding areas.
This is a full-time position with consistent work, paid training, advancement opportunities, and the ability to grow into Lead Installer roles.
If you have experience in construction, flooring, coatings, painting, roofing, concrete, warehouse work, remodeling, landscaping, or general labor, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
- Install epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems
- Surface preparation including grinding and crack repair
- Work with a crew at residential and commercial job sites
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and coating equipment
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service
Pay:
- $800–$2,000+ per week depending on experience and performance

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving company trucks and trailers
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Construction/trades experience preferred
- Epoxy/coatings/flooring experience is a huge plus
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Some Saturdays as needed
- Occasional travel throughout MD/DC/VA region

- Do you currently have a valid driver’s license and are you comfortable driving a company truck and trailer?
- Are you comfortable with physically demanding work including lifting up to 60 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods?
- Do you have previous experience in construction, flooring, coatings, painting, concrete work, roofing, remodeling, or similar hands-on trades?
- This position may occasionally require travel throughout Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. Are you comfortable traveling when needed?
- Have you ever worked with epoxy flooring, concrete coatings, grinding equipment, or similar installation work?
- Are you able to commute to Laurel, MD for this position?
