Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with health regulations
- Follow food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and assisting with serving as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and efficient service
Skills
- Experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Proficiency in menu planning and meal preparation techniques
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent knife skills for precise food prep and cutting tasks
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with cooking methods, food service procedures, and catering operations
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work quickly under pressure
