Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dish washing equipment or manual methods
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, sinks, and storage areas
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and handling ingredients safely
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods
- Dispose of waste properly
