Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location as a Front Desk Security Officer, where you will greet visitors, manage access and badges, monitor alarms and front desk activity, and support security-related operations with strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial services location.

Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet visitors, confirm identification and appointment details, and direct employees, guests, and vendors according to access protocols.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, and access documentation, and communicate clearly with building staff regarding deliveries, visitor questions, and security-related concerns.

Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, supporting badge and credential checks, and following post orders for restricted areas and sensitive business operations.
Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
