Kodiak Labor Solutions is actively hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long-term data center project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Compensation
- $54.00/hour
- $150/day per diem (for qualified travelers)
- 55–60 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in a data center environment.
- Install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit.
- Install cable tray, pull and terminate feeders, power, and control wiring.
- Install and connect switchgear, panels, transformers, and electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Perform all work in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and site safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Active Iowa Journeyman Electrician License, or the ability to reciprocate into Iowa before starting.
- Commercial and/or data center electrical experience preferred.
- Experience with conduit installation, cable tray, feeders, and terminations.
- Ability to work 55–60 hours per week.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and reliability.
