Responsibilities
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles including limousines, shuttle buses, and adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing their needs professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical condition of assigned vehicles through regular inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures, adjusting as necessary for traffic or weather conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, registration, insurance requirements, and company policies.
- Assist with vehicle documentation such as logs, mileage records, and maintenance reports accurately.
- Support special events or corporate functions by coordinating transportation logistics and providing personalized service.
- Respond promptly to any vehicle issues or emergencies to ensure passenger safety at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial driving roles such as limousine service, shuttle driving, bus driving.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type.
- Demonstrated knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning tools.
- Strong attention to safety protocols and adherence to traffic laws.
