Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Hunter to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth within the Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and Logistics verticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT services, digital transformation, cloud, data & analytics, application development, managed services, and emerging technology solutions to enterprise clients.
The role requires a proactive sales professional who can identify opportunities, build executive relationships, navigate complex sales cycles, and close high-value deal
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:
- Drive new logo acquisition across Retail, CPG, and Logistics accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities for IT services and digital transformation engagements.
- Develop and execute territory and account-based sales strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Client Engagement
- Establish relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
- Understand customer business challenges and align IT services solutions to business outcomes.
- Lead discovery workshops and executive presentations.
- Position value propositions around digital transformation, operational efficiency, customer experience, and innovation.
Opportunity Management
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Coordinate with solution architects, delivery leaders, and practice teams to develop winning proposals.
- Lead RFP, RFI, and proposal responses.
- Manage commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Market Development
- Stay informed about trends in Retail, CPG, Logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, and technology.
- Identify whitespace opportunities within target markets. Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade events, and networking forums.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in IT Services, Digital Engineering, Consulting, Cloud, Data & Analytics, or Managed Services.
- Proven track record of hunting and winning new enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling to Retail, CPG, or Logistics organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in closing multi-year, multi-million-dollar IT services deals.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
- Existing relationships with decision-makers in Retail, CPG, and Logistics enterprises.
Pay: $150,538.02 - $170,830.73 per year
