We are seeking a dynamic and strategic National Account Manager to lead our initial additive sales initiatives.
Nano Catalytics sells high value, high margin products for their value at ten time our price or more.
We sell to people, not companies, to enable their personal success and thus that of our customers and then their customers.
This role drives near immediate revenue growth across specific markets for our nanotube additive products as well as our on-demand activitiescatalyst by particles. Keys are being on the road meeting, developing and closing prospects. Developing innovative sales strategies, managing the pipeline and nurturing key client relationships will drive beginning and expanding our initially national and then global footprint.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales excellence, a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics, and a proven track record of conducting their own sales efforts and then managing high-performing sales teams. Duties
- First, Individually develop our first significant sales, from initial inteiductions to closings within 120 days.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- As we grow, develop, motivate, and manage sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on exceeding targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong personal relationships with the staff of our key clients, partners, and stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, competitor research, and industry networking to expand our global presence.
- Oversee B2B sales processes, including negotiations, contract management, and account development to secure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives and enhance brand visibility worldwide.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze pipeline data, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Skills
- Extensive experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B markets and additive and catalyst technology solutions.
- Strong personal and then team leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse teams across multiple regions effectively.
- Proven success in business development, account management, and strategic negotiation.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales growth and customer engagement.
- Technical sales expertise with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Strongly Prefer
- Strong personal independence.
- Existing relationships in adhesives, coating and composites additive and or catalyst sales.
- Nano material sales experience
- A Midwestern location within a few hours driving distance of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Base Qualifications
- A BS or BSE in Chemistry, Polymers or similar or in Marketing and Sales
- Existing relationships at adhesives, coatings, composites formulators.
- Seven or more years of experience in high value chemical ingredient sales
You must be a US Citizen or permanent resident.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
