What You'll Do
- Teach students in special education classrooms using individualized instruction
- Partner with general education teachers to adapt lessons and support student success
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on student needs
- Conduct evaluations and document interventions
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Help create a positive, supportive learning environment
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Current Arizona teaching certification
- Special Education certification or credentials
- Experience in special education is preferred, but new credentialed teachers are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
