Griffin Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing service department. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with customers, and is committed to delivering an outstanding service experience.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians, ensuring repairs and maintenance are communicated clearly and completed efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle age, mileage, and condition
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts
- Communicate repair recommendations and obtain customer approvals
- Provide regular status updates throughout the repair process
- Coordinate transportation, loaner vehicles, and pickup/delivery services when needed
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain all charges
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure repair orders are complete and accurate
Qualifications
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Ford dealership experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
