Position Overview
We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or someone actively working toward their RBT, to provide in-home ABA services.
This role is best suited for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with families in their home. Reliability and consistency are essential.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA programs designed by the supervising BCBA
- Provide 1:1 instruction in the home setting
- Take accurate data during sessions
- Work on communication, socialization, behavior, and daily living skills
- Follow behavior plans as written
- Keep sessions structured, productive, and engaging
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents/caregivers
- Complete session notes and documentation on time
- Follow supervision and feedback from the BCBA

Qualifications
- RBT certification or currently pursuing it
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with autism and ABA
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and have references
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Able to handle the physical aspects of the job (active sessions, community, etc.)

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
