Compensation & Earning Potential
- $100K–$130K+ first-year target earnings

What You’ll Do
- Run pre-scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners
- Deliver consultative sales presentations (training provided)
- Build rapport and uncover customer needs
- Recommend custom window and door solutions
- Close sales and manage contracts
- Maintain pipeline and follow-up activity
- Generate referrals to increase earnings
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience (in-home, retail, or commission preferred)
- Strong closing ability and confidence in conversations
- Self-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
- Organized and tech-comfortable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
