Essential Requirements for 2nd Shift Compounding Control Admin
- Do you have experience using an ERP system for inventory management, receiving, production, or documentation?
- Do you have experience using Microsoft Excel and performing data entry in a professional setting?
- Have you worked with inventory control, bulk inventory management, or inventory reconciliation processes?
- Do you have experience reviewing, verifying, or maintaining quality, production, or compliance documentation?
- Have you worked in a role that required communication and coordination between multiple departments to ensure accurate processes and documentation?
Role Responsibilities for 2nd Shift Compounding Control Admin
- Oversee the transfer of materials from mixing tanks to totes, ensuring all documentation and quality lab approvals are accurate.
- Manage bulk inventory and perform retest submissions while identifying and resolving gaps in documentation processes.
- Coordinate with the compounding and quality departments to verify transfer sheets and ensure compliance.
- Handle inventory receipts for raw materials such as alcohol and glycerin.
- Maintain accurate data records using Excel and the company ERP system.
