What You'll Do
As a Room Attendant, you'll ensure guest rooms and hotel public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock housekeeping carts with linens, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including:
- Making beds
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Dusting and sanitizing surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Removing trash and soiled linens
- Replace towels, linens, and guest supplies as needed
- Clean assigned public areas, restrooms, offices, and meeting spaces
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged items, or missing property
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
- Follow lost-and-found procedures and documentation requirements
- Attend daily team meetings and review room assignments
- Assist with deep-cleaning projects as needed
- Complete daily room assignments efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and Marriott brand standards
- Perform other duties as needed to support hotel operations

Housekeeping experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
Experience & Education
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- No specific education requirements
- On-the-job training provided
